Language note

The interface of the website and the admin panel comes in Turkish and English. You choose the site language and the panel language separately under “Site Ayarları” (Site Settings), and you can also switch the panel language with the globe icon at the top right of the panel.

More languages can be added: copy the en.php file in the dil folder of the package and translate it (the steps are in dil/OKUBENI.txt). The language you add appears automatically in the language lists of the site settings, and updates do not touch your language files. Texts that are not translated appear in English; Turkish can be shown if you prefer.

The content you publish (pages, services, projects, blog posts and so on) is not translated; it stays in the language you write it in. Notification e-mails of the forms, warning messages and date formats follow the selected language.

Where this page names a section of the panel or of the site, the name is given as it appears in the Turkish interface, in quotation marks, followed by its translation in parentheses; in the English interface the same sections appear under their English names.

Who it is for

Made for digital agencies, software and design studios, consulting and service firms, and for agencies that build sites for them. On your own domain you present your services, projects, ready-made packages, team, customer reviews and articles. Visitors write to you through the contact form or through the “Teklif Al” (Get a Quote) button of a package; the messages are listed in the panel.

You do not need to know how to code. The browser wizard handles the installation, and you enter your content in the admin panel.

Website features

Ready Packages, quotes and contact

• “Hazır Paketler” (Ready Packages): you present your service packages with a name, a short description, a detailed text and up to three images. Price and discount percentage are optional; if you leave the price empty or 0, it is not shown on the site. There is a package list and a separate page for each package. The link in the top menu appears once a package is published. There is no shopping cart or online payment.
• “Teklif Al” (Get a Quote): every package has a “Teklif Al” (Get a Quote) button in the list and on its own page. The button opens the contact form; the name of the selected package appears on the form and the message box comes with a ready-made introduction that mentions the package.
• Contact page: a form with full name, e-mail, phone and message fields, your contact details and a map area (Google Maps or OpenStreetMap embed address). All form fields are required.
• KVKK consent checkbox: required on the contact form. KVKK is the Turkish personal data protection law. The privacy notice link points to the page you choose in the panel; the same link also appears in the footer of the site. The text that comes with the sample content is only a sample; you must prepare your own privacy notice.

Home page and inner pages

• Home page sections: hero area, about summary, services, way of working, projects, frequently asked questions, team, pricing plans, customer reviews and a contact call-to-action band. Section titles and texts are changed in the panel. The pricing plans section does not appear unless you add a plan.
• Hero area: you build the top of the home page with a heading, subheading, description, button and background image. It is entered in the “Slider” section of the panel; the first record is shown on the home page.
• Services: for each service you enter an icon, name, short description, image and detailed text. Services appear on the home page, in the service list, as a drop-down list in the top menu and in the footer of the site; each has its own page.
• Projects: you publish your projects divided into categories, with an image and a detailed text. The project showcase on the home page is filtered with category buttons; there is a project list and a separate page for each project.
• Blog: articles with an author, image, short summary and rich text; a list page and an article page. You can change the name of the menu link from the panel.
• Pricing plans and counters: you can use pricing plans (Turkish lira, US dollar or euro) and “Kilometre Taşı” (Milestones) counters as you wish. A plan card whose price is empty or 0 shows no figure; if there is no plan or counter at all, the section does not appear on the site. Counters appear on the about page and on the detail pages of services, projects, blog posts and extra pages.
• Team, reviews, FAQ and references: you show your team members, customer reviews and frequently asked questions on the home page, and your reference logos on the about page and on the detail pages of services, projects, blog posts and extra pages.
• Extra pages: you add as many pages as you like from the panel and list them in the top menu under a heading you choose. You can also show a page as a link in the footer of the site.
• Menu and headings: you switch menu items on or off one by one and change the menu names and the home page section headings.
• Colors: you pick a main color and a second color in the panel. Buttons, the menu and accents, as well as selected and hovered items, follow the main color; the hero area, service icons and accent bands follow the second color.
• Footer credit: you can change or remove the “TiklaWeb tarafından geliştirildi” (Developed by TiklaWeb) line at the bottom of the site.

Mobile and search engines

• Mobile friendly: the site adapts to phone, tablet and desktop screens; on small screens the menu turns into a mobile menu that opens on tap.
• Page-specific title and description: every page carries its own title, description and social sharing (Open Graph) tags. For packages, projects, services, blog posts and extra pages you can also enter the title, description and keywords separately in the panel.

Admin panel

• Content management: slider, ready packages, services, projects (with categories), blog, pages (with menu headings), team, milestone counters, customer reviews, references, frequently asked questions, the about page and pricing plans. The Summernote editor is used in rich-text fields.
• “Mesajlar” (Messages): view the messages that arrive from the contact form and from the “Teklif Al” (Get a Quote) button with name, phone, e-mail, date and text. The panel home page shows the numbers of services, projects, posts and messages, and the latest messages.
• E-mail notification: once you enter your SMTP details in “E-posta Ayarları” (E-mail Settings) and switch notification on, the contact form also sends you an e-mail.
• “Site Ayarları” (Site Settings): site title, keywords and description, copyright line, main and second color, KVKK privacy page, site language and panel language, logos and favicon. “İletişim Bilgileri” (Contact Information) is a separate page: phone, e-mail, address, social media links and map code.
• “Menü Düzeni” (Menu Layout), “Menü İsimleri” (Menu Names), “Başlıklar ve yazılar” (Titles and Texts), “Görseller” (Images): edit the menu, the section headings and the fixed site images without touching code.
• Users and permissions: add users with administrator, editor and read-only permissions; permissions are enforced on the server. Users, “Site Ayarları” (Site Settings), “İletişim Bilgileri” (Contact Information), “E-posta Ayarları” (E-mail Settings) and “Opsiyonel Kodlar” (Optional Codes) are open only to the administrator.
• Forgot password: the link on the panel login page resets the password by e-mail (if “E-posta Ayarları” (E-mail Settings) is set up). The reset link is valid for 1 hour and can be used once.
• “Opsiyonel Kodlar” (Optional Codes): add your own code (for example a statistics script) to the top and bottom of the site.

Setup and updates

• Five-step setup wizard: requirements, license, database, site and administrator details, finish. The wizard checks your server itself.
• Setup language: in the wizard, choose Turkish or English at the top right. With an English installation, the starting and sample content is in English too.
• Sample content or empty setup: start filled in like the demo and edit from there, or enter your content from scratch.
• Update from the panel: download the zip package of the new version from your tiklaweb.net customer area and upload it on the “Güncelleme ve Lisans” (Updates and License) page of the admin panel. Files and database are backed up first. If an error occurs, the site returns to its previous state. Your uploaded images, settings and content are kept.
• Verified packages: the signature of the update package is checked; only packages downloaded from tiklaweb.net are installed.

License

Each license is for the single domain name you specify when ordering. The domain name cannot be changed after setup; changing the extension of the same domain (for example .net to .com) is a paid service done through a support request. The license cannot be transferred free of charge. The site does not open on an unlicensed domain and the visitor is redirected to a license warning page. A separate license is required to use it on another domain.

Technical details

• PHP 8.2 or higher, MySQL or MariaDB
• Framework: CodeIgniter 4. Site: Bootstrap 4, jQuery, Swiper, Magnific Popup, Font Awesome Free 6. Panel: Bootstrap 4 and the Summernote content editor
• E-mail is sent with PHPMailer 6.9; the SMTP password is stored encrypted
• Interface texts are kept in the language files in the package (Turkish and English included, a new language can be added)
• CSRF verification on forms and panel actions; attempt limits on panel login, password reset and the contact form; a hidden trap field on the contact form
• The type of images uploaded from the panel is verified from content and, if the GD extension is on, they are converted to WebP; PHP does not run in the upload folder
• The panel’s rich text fields are filtered on the server when saved (HTMLPurifier); the admin panel sends a Content Security Policy (CSP) header; administrator passwords are stored hashed
• The map area accepts only Google Maps and OpenStreetMap embed addresses
• Database details and backups are kept in a folder outside the web root if your hosting allows it
• Security headers, HSTS on HTTPS; time zone Europe/Istanbul
• A security audit made of code review and live attack tests was carried out before sale

Demo

Explore the site and admin panel in the read-only demo. The demo is installed in Turkish; in the admin panel you can switch the panel language to English with the globe icon at the top right (the choice is kept only in your browser). The company name, people, reviews, figures and prices in the demo are samples.

Changes cannot be saved in the demo and the contact form does not save messages; the demo is reset every night. Sensitive pages such as e-mail settings, users and roles cannot be viewed in demo mode. These login details are for the demo site only. In the installation you purchase, you set the administrator account yourself.
