Language note

The interface of the website and the admin panel is currently in Turkish. The content you publish (services, pages, news, team and so on) can be entered in any language from the admin panel. Where this page names a section of the panel or of the site, the Turkish name you will see on screen is given in quotation marks, followed by its translation in parentheses.

Who it is for

Made for gyms, fitness centers and agencies that build sites for them. On your own domain you present your services, your reasons to train with you, your team, customer reviews, gallery and news. Membership and information requests arrive straight from the site and are listed in the panel.

You do not need to know how to code. The browser wizard handles the installation, and you enter your content in the admin panel.

Website features

Membership requests and contact

Membership and information request form: the form on the home page collects full name, e-mail, subject (optional), service selection (optional), preferred date (optional) and message. The service list is built from the active services you define in the panel.
Contact page: a contact form and a map area (Google Maps or OpenStreetMap embed address).
KVKK consent checkbox: required on the contact and membership/information request forms. KVKK is the Turkish personal data protection law. The privacy notice link points to the page you choose in the panel; the same link also appears in the footer of the site. The text that comes with the sample content is only a sample; you must prepare your own privacy notice.

Home page and inner pages

Home page sections: slider, services, why us, our team, customer reviews, frequently asked questions, membership and information request form, blog posts and partner strip. You can switch each section on or off from the panel. Sections other than the membership and information request form are not shown on the home page if no content has been entered.
Partner strip: partners and sponsors whose logos you upload from the panel are shown at the bottom of the home page. With more than five logos the strip scrolls automatically; with fewer, it stays centered and still.
Working hours: the days and time ranges you enter in the panel appear in the footer area of the site.
Inner pages: service details (listed in the top menu), news (blog) and news detail, extra pages you add from the panel, team, photo gallery, video gallery and contact.
Main color and second color: you pick two colors in the panel. Button, menu and accent colors and the second accent color change with them; the text color adapts to the chosen color.
Footer credit: you can change or remove the “TiklaWeb tarafından geliştirildi” (Developed by TiklaWeb) line at the bottom of the site.

Mobile and search engines

Mobile friendly: the site opens at 390, 768 and 1440 pixel widths without page overflow, broken images or console errors.
Page-specific title and description: every page carries its own title, description and social sharing (Open Graph) tags.

Admin panel

Content management: services, news, pages, slider, photo and video galleries, partners and sponsors, customer reviews, staff (team), why us, FAQ and working hours.
“Üyelik / Bilgi Talepleri” (Membership / Information Requests): view incoming requests with name, e-mail, subject, service and message. The preferred date is at the start of the message, and the time of KVKK consent is recorded too. The panel home page has an “Gelen Talep” (Incoming Request) counter. Messages from the contact form are in the “İletişim Mesajları” (Contact Messages) section.
E-mail notification: once you enter and enable your SMTP settings, the contact and membership/information request forms also send you an e-mail.
Site settings: company name, phone, address, social media links, logo, favicon, site title and description, map code, main and second color and the KVKK privacy notice page selection.
“Aktif/Pasif Ayarı” (Active/Inactive Setting): you switch home page sections and the membership/information request form on or off; submissions to a disabled form are also rejected on the server.
Users and roles: you define permissions per user; permissions are enforced on the server. A forgot-password flow is included.

Setup and updates

Five-step setup wizard: requirements, license, database, site and administrator details, finish. The wizard checks your server itself.
Sample content or empty setup: start filled in like the demo and edit from there, or enter your content from scratch.
Update from the panel: download the zip package of the new version from your tiklaweb.net customer area and upload it on the “Güncelleme ve Lisans” (Update and License) page of the admin panel. Files and database are backed up first. If an error occurs, the site returns to its previous state. Your uploaded images, settings and content are kept.
Verified packages: the signature of the update package is checked; only packages downloaded from tiklaweb.net are installed.

License

Each license is for the single domain name you specify when ordering. The domain name cannot be changed after setup; changing the extension of the same domain (for example .net to .com) is a paid service done through a support request. The license cannot be transferred free of charge. The site does not open on an unlicensed domain and the visitor is redirected to a license warning page. A separate license is required to use it on another domain.

Changes cannot be saved in the demo; it is reset every night. Sensitive pages such as e-mail settings, users and roles cannot be viewed in demo mode. These login details are for the demo site only. In the installation you purchase, you set the administrator account yourself.

A ready-made, mobile-friendly website for gyms. The membership and information request form sends requests to the admin panel. It installs with a wizard. The site and admin panel interface is in Turkish; you can enter your content in any language.

Step 1, preparation: On your hosting, set the PHP version to 8.2 or higher and create an empty MySQL/MariaDB database and user.
Step 2, files: Upload the contents of the public_html folder in the package you downloaded to the publishing folder of your domain.
Step 3, wizard: Open your domain in the browser. The setup wizard starts automatically.
Step 4, installation: In the wizard, check the requirements and the license, enter your database details, then your site and administrator details. Choose sample content or an empty setup.
Step 5, panel: Log in at yourdomain.com/panel with your administrator account and fill in the tabs of the “Site Ayarları” (Site Settings) section.

2.0.2 — October 26, 2026

On the home page, the horizontal scrollbar that appeared at some desktop widths has been removed.
On narrower desktop screens, the header now stays on one line; the menu and button no longer wrap to a second line.
The hover color of the team and social media icons, and the keyboard focus outline, now follow the main color chosen in the panel.
The back-to-top button now sits near the bottom-right corner.
A developer configuration file that had been included in the package by mistake was removed.

Security of the text editor in the admin panel has been strengthened.
The editor’s unused image button has been removed; images are still uploaded from each section’s own image fields.
