Language note

The interface of the website and the admin panel comes in Turkish and English. You choose the site language and the panel language separately under “Site Ayarları” (Site Settings), and you can also switch the panel language with the globe icon at the top right of the panel.

More languages can be added: copy the en.php file in the dil folder of the package and translate it (the steps are in dil/OKUBENI.txt). The language you add appears automatically in the language lists of the site settings, and updates do not touch your language files. Texts that are not translated appear in Turkish.

The content you publish (services, events, blog posts and so on) is not translated; it stays in the language you write it in. Notification e-mails of the forms, warning messages and date formats follow the selected language.

Where this page names a section of the panel or of the site, the name is given as it appears in the Turkish interface, in quotation marks, followed by its translation in parentheses; in the English interface the same sections appear under their English names.

Who it is for

Made for kindergartens, nurseries and the agencies that build sites for them. On your own domain you present your services and events, your staff, parent reviews, gallery and blog posts. Parents leave a pre-registration application on the site; the applications are listed in the panel.

You do not need to know how to code. The browser wizard handles the installation, and you enter your content in the admin panel. The site and the admin panel come in Turkish and English, and a new language can be added; the content you enter in the panel (services, events, blog and so on) stays in the language you write it in, and there is no multilingual content within the same site.

Website features

Pre-registration and contact

• “Ön Kayıt Formu” (Pre-Registration Form): it has its own page and opens from the “Ön Kayıt Başvurusu” (Pre-Registration) button at the top of every page and from a menu link. The student’s full name, the parent’s full name and the parent’s phone number are required; date of birth, gender (Girl or Boy), the parent’s e-mail and a note are optional.
• Contact page: a contact form with full name, e-mail and message fields; boxes for the phone, e-mail, address and working hours you enter in the panel; and a map area (Google Maps or OpenStreetMap embed address).
• KVKK consent checkbox: required on the Pre-Registration and contact forms. KVKK is the Turkish personal data protection law. The “Aydınlatma Metni” (Privacy Notice) link points to the page you choose in the panel; the same link also appears in the footer of the site. Because the Pre-Registration Form collects information about a child, your institution must prepare its own privacy notice. The text that comes with the sample content is only a sample; the product does not provide legal text.

Home page and inner pages

• Home page sections: slider, “Tanıtım Videosu” (Introduction Video), “Hizmetlerimiz” (Our Services), “Neden Biz” (Why Us), “Ekibimiz” (Our Team), “Etkinliklerimiz” (Our Events), “Sık Sorulan Sorular” (Frequently Asked Questions), “Veli Yorumları” (Parent Reviews), “Blog Yazıları” (Blog Posts) and “İş Ortaklarımız” (Our Partners). You can switch each section on or off from the panel. A section with no content entered is not shown on the home page.
• Slider: for each slide you enter a title, a subtitle, an image and an optional button. When there is more than one slide, arrow and dot navigation appears.
• “Hizmetlerimiz” (Our Services): you present your groups and programs with an image and a description. Services are listed on the home page, in the service list and in the submenu of the top menu; each has its own detail page.
• “Etkinlikler” (Events): you publish your events with an image and a description. They appear on the home page, in the event list, in the top menu and in the footer of the site; each event has its own detail page. If you add no events, the menu item is not shown.
• “Neden Biz” (Why Us) and “Sık Sorulan Sorular” (Frequently Asked Questions): you show your reasons for choosing your institution in numbered boxes and the questions parents often ask in an expandable list.
• “Kadromuz” (Our Team): you present your team members on the home page and on a separate page. Optional social media links can be added for each member.
• “Veli Yorumları” (Parent Reviews): shown in a sliding list on the home page with a name, a title, the review and an optional photo.
• Blog: posts can have an image or a video (YouTube or Vimeo address). The home page shows the latest three posts and a separate page lists all posts with pagination.
• Introduction video: when you enter a YouTube or Vimeo address in the panel, a video box appears on the home page and the video plays in a pop-up window. If no address is entered, the box is not shown at all.
• Photo and video gallery: photos open in a lightbox and can be browsed with the arrow keys. YouTube or Vimeo embed addresses are added to the video gallery.
• Working hours: the days and time ranges you enter in the panel are shown in the footer of the site and on the contact page.
• Partner strip: partners whose logos you upload from the panel are shown on the home page.
• Extra pages: you add extra pages from the panel. They are listed in the top menu under the “Kurumsal” (About Us) heading.
• Main color: you pick a color in the panel. Menu, buttons, heading accents and selected and hovered items change with it; the text color adapts to the chosen color.
• Footer credit: you can change or remove the “TiklaWeb tarafından geliştirildi” (Developed by TiklaWeb) line at the bottom of the site.

Language, mobile and search engines

• Turkish and English: the fixed texts of the site (menu, buttons, form messages), the admin panel and the setup wizard come in two languages. The site language and the panel language are selected under “Site Ayarları” (Site Settings). A new language is added by copying the language file in the package and translating it; the language you add is kept during updates. Content such as pages, services, events and blog posts stays in the language you write it in.
• Mobile friendly: the site opens on phone, tablet and desktop widths without page overflow or broken images. On a phone the menu opens from the side.
• Page-specific title and description: every page carries its own title, description and social sharing (Open Graph) tags.
• Sitemap: sitemap.xml and robots.txt are generated automatically; only published pages are included in the sitemap.

Admin panel

• Content management: “Sayfalar” (Pages), “Galeri İşlemleri” (Gallery Management, photo and video), Slider, “Neden Biz” (Why Us), “İş Ortakları / Sponsorlar” (Partners / Sponsors), “Sıkça Sorulanlar” (FAQ), “Çalışma Saatleri” (Working Hours), “Hizmetlerimiz” (Our Services), “Etkinlikler” (Events), “Blog”, “Müşteri Yorumları” (Customer Reviews) and “Personel Listesi” (Staff List, team).
• “Başvuru Mesajları” (Application Messages): view incoming pre-registration applications with the student’s name, date of birth, gender, parent’s name, phone, e-mail and message; the time of KVKK consent is recorded too. The panel home page has a “Ön Başvuru” (Pre-Application) counter and a “Yeni Ön Başvurular” (New Pre-Applications) list. Messages from the contact form are in the “İletişim Mesajları” (Contact Messages) section.
• E-mail notification: once you enter and enable your SMTP settings, the contact and Pre-Registration forms also send you an e-mail.
• “Site Ayarları” (Site Settings): company name, site language and panel language, phone, address, introduction video, social media links, logo and favicon, site title and description, map code, main color and the KVKK privacy notice page selection.
• “Aktif/Pasif Ayarı” (Active/Inactive Settings): you switch home page sections, working hours and the Pre-Registration Form on or off; submissions to a disabled form are also rejected on the server.
• Users and roles: you define permissions per user; permissions are enforced on the server. A forgot-password flow is included.

Setup and updates

• Five-step setup wizard: requirements, license, database, site and administrator details, finish. The wizard checks your server itself. Turkish or English is selected with the language links at the top of the wizard.
• Sample content or empty setup: start filled in like the demo and edit from there, or enter your content from scratch.
• Update from the panel: download the zip package of the new version from your tiklaweb.net customer area and upload it on the “Güncelleme ve Lisans” (Updates and License) page of the admin panel. Files and database are backed up first. If an error occurs, the site returns to its previous state. Your uploaded images, settings, content and added language files are kept.
• Verified packages: the signature of the update package is checked; only packages downloaded from tiklaweb.net are installed.

License

Each license is for the single domain name you specify when ordering. The domain name cannot be changed after setup; changing the extension of the same domain (for example .net to .com) is a paid service done through a support request. The license cannot be transferred free of charge. The site does not open on an unlicensed domain and the visitor is redirected to a license warning page. A separate license is required to use it on another domain.

• Interface texts are kept in the language files in the package (Turkish and English included, a new language can be added)
• CSRF verification on forms and panel actions; attempt limits on login, password reset and site forms
• File type is verified from content on panel uploads; the panel’s rich text fields are filtered on the server when saved (HTMLPurifier); the admin panel sends a Content Security Policy (CSP) header; administrator passwords are stored hashed
• Database details and backups are kept in a folder outside the web root if your hosting allows it
• Security headers, HSTS on HTTPS; time zone Europe/Istanbul
• A security audit made of code review and live attack tests was carried out before sale

Changes cannot be saved in the demo; it is reset every night. Sensitive pages such as e-mail settings, users and roles cannot be viewed in demo mode. These login details are for the demo site only. In the installation you purchase, you set the administrator account yourself.
